Water Treatment

Isgec's EPC expertise in water treatment encompasses Industrial Waste Water Recycling, Zero Liquid Discharge Plants, and advanced Sea Water Desalination/Reverse Osmosis Systems for both industrial and municipal applications. Additionally, we specialize in designing and implementing Water Supply Distribution, Pumping Stations, and Piping Networks, ensuring comprehensive and sustainable solutions.

Isgec Water Treatment solutions include the following key segments: -

  • Industrial Waste Water Recycling System
  • Zero Liquid Discharge Plants.
  • Sea Water Desalination / Reverse Osmosis Systems for Industrial and Municipal Applications.
  • Water Supply Distribution / Pumping Stations / Piping Network

Water treatment includes removing impurities such as sand, suspended solids, dissolved salts, ions, hardness from water for its use in industries and households. With stringent pollution and specific water quality requirements for industries, it is necessary to treat water from various sources for further usage.

When some constituents get added in water after its use the water becomes wastewater. Wastewater treatment processes remove those constituents as organics, solids, heavy metals etc. Wastewater treatment plants are designed using a combination of physical, chemical and biological processes, so that treated water could be discharged in the environment or reused further.

Zero Liquid Discharge is a wastewater recycling process used to limit liquid waste. ZLD is adopted by users to mitigate water scarcity and to adhere to strict environmental norms.

Desalination processes separate dissolved salts and other minerals from seawater. With the growing scarcity of freshwater, this process of seawater treatment offers the possibility of bridging the demand supply gap.

Isgec has also diversified into Water Supply Distribution Systems aimed to carry water from a centralized treatment plant or wells to water consumers in order to adequately deliver water to satisfy residential, commercial, industrial requirements. Consequent Pumping and Piping requirements can also be executed.
