Isgec's Paddy Straw Fired Boilers feature a 3 Pass Design, a four-stage superheater, and Fourth Generation Water Cooled Vibrating Grate for efficient combustion. Liberally designed heating surfaces ensure trouble-free operation. With 100% Rice Straw firing capability, these boilers reach steam parameters up to 125 Bar, 540°C. Achieving a minimum 82% efficiency on an HHV basis, the system supports Bale feeding for hassle-free fuel handling. It also offers a Multi-fuel firing option and controlled dust emission with a Bag filter/ESP in line.
